Refund policy

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number and must be within 14 days of delivery date. This number may be obtained by contacting our customer service department.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge or $25 minimum, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to return.

Returns may be subject to an additional fee determined by the condition of the item upon return.

All returns must be shipped prepaid.

Many of our products are made to order or custom made and are not returnable. We do not accept returns on custom items.
